These terms and conditions form part of your booking contract with us - you should read them carefully.

Booking Conditions

  1. A non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings. Specific pitches can be reserved, however, we reserve the right to re allocate pitches if required

  1. Telephone booking ~ a deposit must be received within three days of making a telephone booking, (telephone bookings remain provisional until a deposit is received, if no deposit is received after three days the booking will be cancelled). A 2% charge will be made for all credit card payments.

  1. The confirmation of the booking, by payment of deposit, the issue of an invoice or e-mail by Trevornick Holiday Park, constitutes a contract between both parties and the customer will be liable for the balance of monies owing six weeks prior to arrival. All season bookings must be paid in full by January 31st or three days after provisional booking is made whichever is applicable. Failure to pay the balance of any booking made to take advantage of any offer, i.e. ‘all season’ or ‘book next year at this years price’ within the time specified by the offer, will result in a new invoice being issued at the published tariff rate for the period booked.

  1. Once a booking has been made the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances should you subsequently cancel your holiday.

  1. The balance must be paid prior to six weeks before the arrival date. A reminder will not be sent. PLEASE NOTE if the balance has not been received or the Bookings Manager notified then the booking will be cancelled.

  1. Once your holiday has been paid in full any alterations will incur a £6.00 administration charge. Any returned cheque charges will be passed on to the customers balance.

  1. ALL cancellations must be made in writing. Should you cancel after the balance has been paid (six weeks prior to the arrival date) a refund can only be made for the amount the pitch/Eurotent has been re-let. Note: Your deposit will not be refunded.

  1. Parties (2 or more) of young adults, either all male, all female, mixed parties or single persons are not accepted during the peak weeks and are at the Manager’s discretion at all other times. Please note ~ Young adults booked as a family party who are subsequently left unsupervised by either their parents, guardians or carers, who return home, will be asked to leave the park.

  1. Eurotents are available for Saturday to Saturday booking only (except short-break periods - subject to availability), from 3.00p.m on arrival to 10.00a.m on departure. Late departures will incur an extra days charge.

  1. Refunds will not be given, in any circumstances, for any changes made to your booking once the balance has been paid in full.

  1. The person in whose name the invoice is made out is deemed to be fully responsible for the booking, payment of deposit and balance, and for the members of the booked party whilst at Trevornick Holiday Park.

  1. Pitches not claimed or checked in at reception within 24 hours of the booked period shown on your invoice will be re-let unless prior notice is given.

  1. The Owners/Management reserves the right to refuse any booking or entry to Trevornick Holiday Park, Holywell Bay Fun Park or Holywell Bay Golf Club. No complaint will be considered after the visitor has left the park. Any problems should be reported to reception immediately.

Cancellation Scheme:
  1. For a published fee per pitch or Eurotent, per week we will refund monies paid (excluding your deposit and cancellation scheme fee) if you have to cancel your booking prior to six weeks before arrival. Between six weeks prior to arrival and the arrival date we will only refund monies paid (excluding your deposit and cancellation scheme fee) if cancellation is due to one of the following reasons; death, serious illness or redundancy to a member of the booked party. Claims for refunds must be made in writing and supported by relevant documents.
  2. The Trevornick Cancellation Scheme only applies up to, but not including your arrival day at Trevornick. Once here refunds cannot be given if for any reason you cut short your holiday.
  3. Cancellation cover is not available if your holiday is booked within 6 weeks of your arrival date.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY INSURANCE IF YOU DO NOT USE THE TREVORNICK CANCELLATION SCHEME IN CASE OF CURTAILMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL AT TREVORNICK.

Site conditions:

  1. Pitches or Eurotents must be vacated by 10.00a.m on the day of departure.

  1. Pitches are let from 12.00 (noon) and Eurotents from 3.00p.m on the day of arrival.

  1. Any arrivals after reception has closed must use the night holding park (nominal fee) and report to reception after 9.00a.m the following day. You must book in at reception before entering the Park. Last booking-in time is 9pm in the main season, in low season please check.

  1. Each pitch has an allocation for one car. A nominal fee per night will be charged for additional vehicles. Please arrange with the booking office.

  1. The speed limit throughout the site is 5 mph. Vehicles must not be parked on roads or pathways and must not cause an obstruction to other users of the site.

  1. We do not allow the use of portable generators on the Park.

  1. The maximum number of people accommodated in a Eurotent is 6 unless arrangements have been made with the Bookings Manager prior to arrival.

  1. “Pup” tents and gazebos are permitted on the touring & camping pitches only (none are allowed on the Eurotent fields), but must not cross over your pitch boundary.

  1. Tents/Caravans should be sited in the centre of each allocated pitch so that a vehicle and awning can go either way.

  1. Dog owners are responsible for their animals at all times. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, must never be left unattended or cause a nuisance to other campers. Any droppings must be cleared up by the owner, a fine may be imposed on owners who do not do so. Dogs are permitted in 12 designated dog-friendly Eurotents and on all pitches in Red Field and Hay Field. They are also welcome on Pond field at Easter and Rally fields.

  1. Fire: Campers must make themselves aware of the site fire procedures as soon as possible after arrival. These procedures are displayed at the fire points throughout the site. No charging or discharging of petrol tanks, lighting of open fires, or the use of faulty, or misuse of, portable gas appliances/cylinders is permitted. No BBQ’s after 10.30 p.m.

  1. Litter and tied bin sacks must be placed in the covered bin areas provided – rubbish MUST NOT be left outside caravans/tents due to seagull attack. Please recycle if possible.

  1. Ball games are only permitted on the Sports Field. Skateboarding and scooters can only be used on the park between 9.00a.m and 8.00p.m

  1. Kite flying is NOT permitted on site except on the Sports Field

  1. The person in charge of the booked party is deemed to be responsible for all children and young adults in the party whilst at Trevornick. All children and young adults must be under either parental, guardian or carer supervision at all times. Adults are reminded that the licensing laws prohibit consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 18, the person responsible for the booked party must ensure that children or young adults in the party do not consume alcohol whilst on Trevornick.

  1. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11.00p.m Unreasonable noise or nuisance to other campers is dealt with in Site condition no.18 below.

  1. The management reserves the right to evict from the park any person or persons who cause any harm, damage, or unreasonable disturbance to other persons or their property, or to persons employed by or to the property of Trevornick Holiday Park, Holywell Bay Fun Park and Holywell Bay Golf Club. If evicted, no monies will be refunded.

  1. All booking information is strictly confidential and under no circumstances will be given to a third party.

  1. We will not accept liability for any lost or stolen property.
