The Staff at Trevornick

Trevornick is proud of its Investors in People status and in September 2007 passed its 3 year review “with flying colours”.

Customer service is a very high priority, as is staff appearance and attitude. Staff wear an easily recognisable uniform that is standardised throughout the business including the Holywell Bay Fun Park and Holywell Bay Golf Club.

Our total staff is 70+, with over 50 of these being employed from Easter to September.

All staff receive induction training in both nationally recognised and ‘in house’ training for customer care, first aid and health and safety.

Staff retention is very high due to our commitment to training and development.
