Welcome and ReceptionTrevornick has always had a policy of ‘total’ customer care. We welcome our guests even before they arrive by making sure they have a detailed park plan which details their booked pitch and all the information they need, including directions, before the start of the holiday. On arrival guests are greeted at Reception with a welcome pack including a comprehensive on-site guide, local information, a voucher for free cups of tea and even a free ‘pooper scooper’ for those with dogs. To minimise the impact of the traditional Saturday changeover, our guests can book their holiday to start any day of the week although we only accept a minimum of 7 days in peak season. A member of staff personally shows each guest to their pitch. Guests arriving at our Trevornick Cottages will be welcomed with a Cornish cream tea. The reception and administration building was erected in 2000 with architecture specifically designed to create a ‘wow’ factor for those visiting us for the first time. That ‘wow’ factor is still prevalent today. Our on-line booking system was launched in December 2007. We encourage our guests to complete a comprehensive questionnaire in order that we can continuously monitor customer satisfaction, needs and requirements. Our winter programme of maintenance and improvements is almost entirely customer led. |
